All perishable items, items that require refrigeration will be shipped with Cold Shipping option in a separate box, which will increase the cost of shipping significantly. We aim at delivering your products in the best condition.
The rest of the order will be shipped as regular shipping.
We will ship the order as soon as possible, but we reserve the right to delay the shipping to make sure the order is complete.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
We do not Back Order items. We will ship the items, that are actually in stock at the moment of the order or reach out, if you would like to wait until some of the items will be back in stock if the time for this to occur is within several days.
Otherwise we will only ship items, that are in stock only.
